These Terms & Conditions govern your use of SOVRE Recommerce's consignment and recommerce services. By submitting an item or using our website, you agree to these terms.
1. The Service
SOVRE provides a consignment service: you submit an item, and we store, market, screen buyers for, and sell it on your behalf across multiple platforms. We may also offer a "promote only" option where you handle the transaction yourself.
2. Eligibility & Ownership
You confirm that you are the lawful owner of any item you submit, that it is not stolen or counterfeit, and that you are legally entitled to sell it. You are responsible for the accuracy of the item details you provide.
3. Pricing & Fees
The final selling price is agreed based on your target price and market conditions. SOVRE charges a service fee deducted from the sale proceeds. The fee structure is communicated to you before listing.
4. Instant Payout (Advance)
Sellers may receive up to 50% of the estimated item value upfront. The remaining balance is paid out after the item sells, less SOVRE's service fee. Advance payments require identity (KTP) verification.
5. Payout & Settlement
After an item sells, the remaining balance is paid to you, minus the agreed service fee and any advance already disbursed. Payouts are made to the account or method you provide.
6. Unsold Items
If an item does not sell within a reasonable period, we will coordinate with you on a price adjustment or return of the item. Storage and handling terms for prolonged consignment will be communicated to you.
7. Prohibited Items
We do not accept illegal goods, counterfeit products, stolen property, or items that violate marketplace policies or Indonesian law.
8. Limitation of Liability
SOVRE acts as an intermediary and is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the value of the consigned item.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
